Vino Vino recently introduced their new menu for 2015. Mr Zul and his teams introduced us the foods and explained to us how to appreciate the wine. The wine and foods certainly goes well together. Thanks to Chef Adrian for the wonderful food and Zul for the sharing.
Sirloin Steak Salad – Australian Grain Fed Sirloin Prepared medium served with Mesclun and Honey Truffle Dressing
Breaded Oyster with Blue Cheese Dip – Deep fried Oysters coated in Bread Crumbs with Roquefort Cheese Dip
Chicken Liver Pate – Chicken Liver paste infused with Port Wine, Shallots and Herbs

Pan Fried Sole Fish – Pan fried with Light Butter sauce infused with Capers
Classic Tiramisu with Coconut Ice Cream – Classic Tiramisu made from Caffe Vergnano Coffee with Homemade Vino Vino Coconut Ice Cream
