Pin Xiang Bah Kut Teh 品香肉骨茶 - Klang Bah Kut Teh

Ever since I tried the Bah Kut Teh at Klang, I always crave for  Klang Bah Kut teh in Sabah. Bak Kut Teh originated from Klang to supplement the meagre diet of port coolies and as a tonic to boost their health. The soup is thicker with more herbs and usually serve in claypot. The famous Yu Kee Bah Kut Teh 佑记肉骨茶 at Gaya Street is too light for my liking.

When Frankie (Foodiot) invite us to tried a new Klang Bah Kut Teh shop by his friend, I immediately say yes to his invitation.

Pin Xiang Bah Kut Teh

Pin Xiang Bah Kut Teh 品香肉骨茶 is located at Warisan Square (beside Velvet and opposite Marina Court) . Their chef is originated from Klang so we can expect some authentic taste of Klang Bah Kut Teh here

The pricing is fair and they have good selection of meats and innards for Bah Kut Teh lover. Best thing is they didn’t use MSG and the Bah Kut Teh serve pipping hot in claypot  🙂

  1. You are right Joanne, I too crave for a good bowl of Klang Bak Kut Teh. I am also an avid cook myself and a very Fussy eater. So far I have learned to cook Mee Rebus Johor, Nasi Kuning Tawau and Prawn Noodles.. And now I am trying to create the unique taste of Klang Bak Kut Teh. Too bad 1 of Pin Xiang’s business partner left for KL a few years ago.
