Do you know that Pancake House International originated from Philipines? and do you know that they have been around Kota Kinabalu for 5 years now? Pancake House International first outlet is located at Kompleks Karamunsing. Pancake House International boasts over 40 years of experience in whipping up pancakes and other classic dishes.

We love their pancake but hate the traffic jam at the area. We are so excited to know that Pancake House International open a new branch right at the center of Kota Kinabalu city at Jalan Pantai. Pancake House International Jalan Pantai is located on the same row with Maybank, opposite Kinabalu Daya Hotel.

We were invited to their food tasting before their opening on 8th of September 2016. That’s mean there will be lots of pancakes!!

The ambiance inside the new outlet is cozy and bright. Pancake House International aims to make each visit like a coming home.

The signature food at Pancake House International is their Pancake. They have a great variety of Pancake to choose from. Serving the perfect recipe for fluffy, melt-in-the-mouth pancakes, Pancake House signature pancakes are available in an assortment of flavors such as banana, chocolate, and blueberry pancakes just to name a few.

Our first pancake of the day is sunrise orange pancake peak, orange-flavoured syrup and topped with orange zest RM18.90. What a pretty and delicious pancake.

We tried the caramel banana walnut waffle, Golden waffle with chopped walnuts, banana slices, served with caramel syrup for RM14.90

Appetizer

Known for their pancakes, Pancakes House International also served a wide variety of western and Philipines cuisine.

We start with Fiesta Taco Salad, roasted chicken bits, kidney beans, mixed greens, and grated cheddar cheese with special dressing – all on a giant Taco. RM17.90

Almondigas soup, a hearty delectable broth of rice noodles with beef balls and spring onions. This yummy soup cost only RM5.90

Best Taco in Town. Colorful south of the Border of Mexican Treat! my favourite!

Minced chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese in crispy taco shell . RM 16.90

Gambero served with choice of spaghetti or Linguine.

Grilled Salmon. Atlantic salmon flavored with herbs and creamy curry sauce served with choice of buttered -corn or buttered rice and fresh green salad RM28.90

Grilled lamb shoulder served with coffee sauce,chunky crinkle fries and fresh green salad RM28.90

For those who want to try a bit of everything, you can go for House specials set. A delicious mix of specialties of the house: Tavo, Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread, 1 pc Pan chicken and iced Lemon Tea RM22.90

Pancake House International also serve vegetarian rice set RM18.90. Truly something for everyone here.
