Hyatt Regency Kinabalu returns with another delectable buffet spread consisting of more than 100 dishes to choose from this Ramadan 2018. The lavish Ramadan buffet spread features a host of traditional fast-breaking fare as well as international favourites at Tanjung Ria Kitchen every evening from “waktu berbuka puasa” until 10.00 PM..
Executive Sous Chef, Adrian Chong and his team bring their culinary expertise to give the best “buka puasa” experience to diners with local favourites such as the signature oxtail assam pedas, rendang ayam, ikan bakar, pulut panggang and ayam masak kurma and many other Malay specialties.
In the live stations, chefs will be on hand to serve up gado-gado, beef burger, signature roast lamb, cucur udang, chicken murtabak and more. Diners can get close to the action as our chef prepares the dishes live in front of them.
For those who crave grilled dishes, there are ikan panggang, roast chicken, sotong bakar, four -types of satay with sweet peanut sauce and jagung bakar.
From the Indian station, Chef Govind Singh features fare such as signature cheese naan, biryani, lamb masala, butter chicken, fish tikka, tosai and pratha for those craving an authentic taste of Indian cuisine.
Of course, no berbuka puasa would be complete without desserts like apam balik, ice kacang, assorted fruit, date fruit and a Ramadan favourite, cendol.
The Ramadan buffet is priced at MYR 160 nett per person. Pre-purchase our Ramadan buffet voucher three days in advance to enjoy a special price of MYR 135 nett per person. Vouchers are valid to be redeemed from the first day until the end of Ramadan month.
For the first time, diners can also purchase a “berbuka puasa” grab-and-go signature item such as oxtail assam pedas with a choice of biryani rice or fried noodles, fried wonton, butter chicken with biryani and more from our mobile kitchen, which will be operating from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Throughout this whole month of Ramadan, dine in or take away your favourite dishes from our mobile kitchen at an affordable price, starting from MYR 5 to MYR 20.
For added convenience, prayer rooms and an imam are on site for Magrib, Isya’ and tarawih prayers during the buffet promotions period.
