Egg on toast cloud ?☁?⛅
Steps:
1) separate the egg white and egg yolk
2) Whip up the egg whites to the stiff peak stage
3) Spread some butter on the bread. Put the egg white on the bread. Make a well in the middle of the egg, slip the egg yolk on the well
4) toast the bread in oven for 10 minutes. 200 degrees C
5) serve the toast, sprinkle some pepper or herbs to your liking
