Thyme out @ Chilli Vanilla located at Kolam Plaza, Hilltop is the 2nd branch of Chilli Vanilla. We pass Chilli Vanilla all the time at Kota Kinabalu city centre but somehow we never visited the outlet before. Thyme out @ Chilli Vanilla is very near to our office and we drop by during the lunch to see whats on their menu.
We know Chilli Vanilla serve hungarian food but the menu is quite extensive and a good mix of Asian and western food selections.

They also serve liquor and wine, happy hour from 4pm to 7pm
Seafood Thai Fried rice. fried rice with hints of lemongrass and good mix of peanuts crumbs.
Vegetarian sandwiches with fresh vegetable and cheese. Serve with sweet potato fries
Overall, we love the concept and simplicity of the shop and the service is great. The pricing and taste is good compare to other cafes. A good choice if you looking for a shop with good ambiance with good food.
