The castella cake wave still going strong in Kota Kinabalu with the opening of the Original Cake first outlet in East Malaysia at the newly renovated Suria Sabah Food Hall. The Original Cake recipe is from Tamsui, Taiwan and spread its wing to Malaysia.
The Original Cake is located at the Suria Sabah Food Hall. Offering more more choice for Kota Kinabalu citizens working around the area.
Four Flavors are available – Original RM15, Original RM15, Golden Cheese RM23, Frozen Chocolate RM26 and Durian King RM35. My favourite is the Golden Cheese flavours which come with generous portion of cheese.
The no.1 in the queue. Original Cake is giving out 500 cakes for first 500 customers and the first 10 customers get the cakes of different flavors (Cheese, Frozen chocolate and Durian King)
