Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu’s team is bending the rules a bit on its No Durian Policy by having “Durians” in the hotel Only for this month of August at its Promenade Café, Dynasty Restaurant and Deli Corner.
Executive Chef (行政总厨) H.K.Cheong (张涵钦) of Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu want hotel patrons to enjoy a month long of luxury indulgence in the comfort of a hotel environment using the right hint of the kind of fruits. Savoury dishess to desserts to enrich the overall taste of each delicacies.

Durian Curry Chicken with Cheese, part of the the buffet menu (monday to Thursday)

We enjoy the creation by the chefs as the food is taste goes well with the durian taste. I am not really a big fans of durian but find the food interesting and easy to accept.
