Jesselton Mall, an integrated development with Jesselton Residences opened its door to the public on 1 May 2019. The Jesselton Mall is located between Suria Sabah and Jesselton Point. The Jesselton Mall is the first duty-free mall in East Malaysia offering high-end brand for the tourists and locals.

Perfumes and cosmetic brands are located at the concourse of Jesselton Mall. Luxury brand such as Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Whoo and Sulwhasoo making their first entrance to Kota Kinabalu at Jesselton Mall. Locals are not allowed to buy Perfumes and Cosmetics products at the Jesselton Mall at the time being which is a weird way of doing business. Hopefully, locals would be able to buy perfumes and cosmetics products at Jesselton Mall as some of the brands are not available in Kota Kinabalu market.

Focus Point signature is located on the 1st floor of Jesselon Mall. F&B outlets will be opening up at Jesselton Mall. Dubbed to be the next Bangsar Shopping Centre of Kota Kinabalu, Jesselton Mall is looking to offers luxury shopping and F&B to the tourists visiting Sabah.
A new Starbucks outlet opened on the right side of the entrance to Jesselton Mall offering a convenience space for coffee and meetup
