Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu’s Bazaar Ramadhan, the city’s best-loved and most renowned Berbuka Puasa buffet, continues to engage diners with the introduction of a new perspective at Latest Recipe, the hotel’s all-day-dining restaurant.

The hotel’s Bazaar Ramadhan buffet attracted more than 10,000 diners from all walks of life throughout last year’s Ramadhan month.  The buffet draws inspiration from the much-loved Malaysian phenomena of stalls that mushroom collectively in every town during the fasting month of Ramadhan.  These stalls are frequented not only by fasting Muslims but also non-Muslims for the sheer variety of dishes, specialties, desserts and beverage choices available only during Ramadhan.
