Some of which includes scrumptious dishes from Middle Eastern, Japanese, North Indian, Indonesian, Hong Kong, Singapore and Western cuisines, complemented by Malay, Chinese, Nyonya and native Sabah specialties, whole roast lamb, seafood barbecue, lok-lok, satay and an organic corners. Diners can also indulge their sweet tooth with a fabulous spread of desserts from cakes, jellies, puddings, ais kacang, white and milk chocolate fountains, fresh fruits, ice creams + sweet condiments, various Malay kueh, a variety of dates, local and western cookies.
This year Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu’s Latest Recipe features gearbox soup, briyani gam, flavoured ABC, roast lamb, ayam penyet and warung kelapa. Also Latest Recipe’s signature chicken rice and the return of Tampatan specialties with hinava, tuhau, ayam bambangan, ambuyat and pinasakan.

The buffet is priced at RM168nett per person and children (7 – 12 years old) gets 50% off the normal price, however lucky diners can get special rates with the hotel’s Early Bird vouchers which are available at RM108nett and Pre-Purchased vouchers at RM128nett per person.
