Sutera Harbour Resort ushers the Year of the Red Monkey with a Yee Sang Toss hosted by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Gerard Tan for their media partners at Silk Garden, The Pacific Sutera Hotel today. Also present was the Executive Chinese Chef – Chef Louie Hoi, Communications Manager Tracy Lim and Assistant Communications Manager Clara Lim.
During the luncheon, the guests were treated with the many sumptuous Chinese New Year offerings and options especially prepared by Chef Louie to celebrate the prosperous occasion. These specially-designed menus are only available from 7 to 22 February 2016.
A must this Chinese New Year is the Auspicious Yee Sang Set. Choose your favourite between traditional vegetable Yee Sang with fresh fruits and sesame dressing, Salmon Yee Sang with sweet turnip and sesame dressing, or the Sliced Abalone Yee Sang with snow pearl and sesame dressing priced from RM65.00nett onwards. Add-ons of snow pearl, salmon or abalone slices are also available for RM30.00nett words.
This year, Chef Louie have prepared two sets of 9-course Golden Reunion Menu at RM1,688.00nett for Set 1 and RM1,888.00nett for Set 2, each sets for 10 persons. Set 1 menu includes Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, Standing Roasted Village Chicken, Indonesian-style Wok-fried Prawns with Curry Leaves and Stewed Sea Cucumber with Dried Oysters, Goose Web and Fatt Choy. Set 2 menu comes with the Salmon Fish Yee Sang, Deep Fried Crispy Duck, Prawns Coated in Salted Egg Yolk and Savoury Lily Bulbs and Braised Dried Oysters, Sea Moos Money Bag with Dried Scallop and Goose Web.
Also, only available during this period is the Authentic Ala Carte Delicacies specials. Be spoilt with choices of tasty appetisers, refreshing soups, sumptuous main course as well as yummy desserts.
For Dim Sum lovers, be sure to enjoy the All You Can Eat Gourmet Chinese New Year Dim Sum Lunch only at RM95.00nett per person. More than 30 steamed and fried dim sums to choose from including the all-time favourite Steamed Crystal Prawn Dumpling with Gold Leaf, Steamed Siew Mai with Dried Oysters, Deep Fried Yam Dumpling and many more mouth-watering offerings, available from 7 to 9 February 2016 only.

The first performance will be held at the Lobby of The Magellan Sutera Resort at 11am, Lobby of The Pacific Sutera Hotel at 12pm, Lobby of Sutera Harbour Marina & Country Club at 1pm and the final show will be at the Lobby of Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club at 2pm.
