Oceanus Mall open its door to public on 15th December 2014.One thing we notice is there are quite a number of eatery at Oceanus Mall. Starbucks, Nando’s, Secret Recipe and Fook Yuen are some of the regular brand with outlet at Oceanus Mall while newcomer to Kota Kinabalu market such as Nunpat, Hard Rock Cafe, Hokkaido Brug Bakery, Hokkaido Sakagura, Yuzu and more making their first entry to Kota Kinabalu at Oceanus Mall. Sushi Tei opened their 2nd branch at Oceanus Mall. We love the food at Sushi Tei Oceanus Mall but not the one at Suria Sabah.

Sakagura Japanese Restaurant open its door to Kota Kinabalu residents on 24th March 2015. Sakagura Japanese Restaurant is under FrontierOne group with over 10 Japanese restaurant in Japan. Sakagura Japanese Restaurant at Oceanus Mall Kota Kinabalu is the group’s first restaurantoutside of Japan. The food quality is good as they use the best material available in the market. The price is on the high side but well worth it.

Nando’s
Nando’s originated from south Africa, open their 2nd branch in Kota Kinabalu by bringing in original flamed-grilled chicken PERi-PERi. Enjoy beautiful view of the sea while having Nando’s signature flamed grilled chicken with their famous peri peri sauces.
