How to go there:
Kokol Hill sits on the Crocker Range. It is just located only 45minutes drive away from Kota Kinabalu City. Take the first junction on the right after Menggatal town if you are coming from Inanam direction. Turn into Kokol Poring Poring Road, drive for 30 minutes and you will soon reach the Kampung Kokol. The long winding uphill road offers you a panoramic view of Kota Kinabalu city and the islands beyond the city.

A gang of buffalo usually hang around one of the corners on the way to Kokol Hill.
KK Apache Cafe
Once you reach Kampung Kokol, you will find KK Apache Cafe on your right overlooking St. Joseph Church. KK Apache Cafe serves local foods such as fried rice and noodles. The cafe is built on a platform which offers a panoramic view of Kota Kinabalu surrounding area.
St Joseph Church is located at Kampung Kokol. This church is the landmark at Kampung Kokol and probably a church with the best view in Sabah.
Mr Muscle Burger
Further up the road, Mr Muscle Burger serves Beef/Chicken burger with Tuhau.
Mr Muscle and his wife, Maria. The view from Mr Muscle Burger is amazing and we think it is one of the best locations to enjoy the sunset view.

Kokol Haven Resort
The biggest resort in Kokol Hill, Kokol Haven Resort is located at the top of Kokol Hill offering an amazing view of Kota Kinabalu City from the main building. The Main building consists of 12 rooms, including suites. There is a restaurant at Kokol Haven Resort open to the public for tea and dinner.
Kokol Elf
The latest attraction at Kokol Hill. Kokol Elf offers Instagram perfect photo shot with Kota Kinabalu city as the background. Entrance fees is RM40 per person
N.G Kokol Enterprise
N.G Kokol Enterprise is a little food stall serving simple foods. Locals love their Soto. We tried their Maggi soup with egg and love it. Price is affordable and the view from N.G Kokol Enterprise is amazing.
Kasih Sayang Resort
One of the first resort at Kokol Hill, Kasih Sayang Resort offers the Mount Kinabalu View and Sunset view at the opposite side.
Kokol Height Homestay
Kokol Height Homestay is a simple homestay right next to Kasih Sayang Resort. The rooms come with Kota Kinabalu City view and you can go over the main door area for Mount Kinabalu view in the morning.

Kokol Hill Villa
