Dine in with family or loved ones at Ferdinand’s Restaurant where Chef Daniele Rossetto will concoct an impressive Italian menu using black truffle or white truffle that is imported directly from Italy, from appetizers to soup, main course and dessert.
Our sample menu consist of Bitokina di Vitello e Wagyu Beef in Crema di Asiago Tartufata which is Veal and Wagyu Beef Patties on Truffle Asiago Cream Cheese served with deep-fried Breaded Shitake Mushroom and followed by Sorbet or Granita to cleanse your palate before the main course. The Chitarra Cacio Pepe e Tartufo, homemade pasta with Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Pecorino Cheese and Black Pepper Truffle Sauce is served as the main course that is topped with the flavourful truffles and ended with Mascarpone Cream with homemade Lady Finger and Espresso, the Tira Mi Su’ dessert.
Enjoy the earthy and rich flavour of exquisite Italian Fresh Truffles from RM18.00nett per one (1) gm for the Black Truffle and RM68.00nett per one (1) gm for the White Truffle.
