New Ala Carte Menu at Mercato
Mercato’s new menu is created under the brilliant collaboration with French Culinary Director of Pullman Surabaya’s Thierry Schuller. Schuller is known for his passion for artistic and creative expressions through exquisite food presentation and cuisine. Originating from France, Schuller introduced many French influences and culinary skills into Mercato’s menu to deliver an array of new and exciting fare to Metro Town. Many of his dishes were created by celebrating the abundant fresh seafood and produce sourced from local fine food suppliers.
The new starters’ selection consists of the innovative sun-dried tomato and basil cake, Nicoise salad and the local Sabahan Hinava. Vegetarians alike will be spoilt for choices with items such as the elegant oven roasted vegetable tian, gratinated soft camembert cheese baguette, crispy spring rolls, and tomato & basil soup.
