The 11th Sabah Tourism Awards recently concluded at Magellan Sutera Ballroom on 2nd December 2017. A total of 35 awards in 13 categories are given to individuals and organizations that have excelled and contributed to the development of tourism and hospitality in Sabah. The Awards is an incentive for participants to strive for the higher level of professionalism in both service and product quality.

The theme for Sabah Tourism Awards 2017 was Masquerade. Dress code for the night is Black tie/Dark lounge Suit for Gentlemen and Evening Dress for the ladies.
The opening act is base on Phantom of the Opera and Datuk Masidi Manjun made a surprise appearance among the dancer in the mask.
The award was officiated by Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun who congratulates the industry players after a record 3 million tourists arrival with more direct flight from China and Korea in 2017.
