Kota Kinabalu, 13 March 2015 ~ Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu has commenced refurbishment works to the Porte Cochère and driveway, main entrance and lobby level facilities including dining and entertainment venues to invigorate guests’ experience in the destination. Refurbishment works are expected to take place until 10 June 2015. Once reopened the hotel will feature new dining venues Latest Recipe, Favola and Latitude Bar. This three month-long project is initiated to provide a refreshed welcome and renewed brand experience at the hotel.
Meanwhile, the hotel has unveiled several unique dining and entertainment experiences at Circle all-day dining, Level 3 and Poolside Lounge, Level 2 for guests to experience whilst renewal works are in progress.
Transform your Saturday and Sunday with our Weekend Hi-Tea from 12:30 – 16:00 and look forward to an incredible infusion of starters, mains, desserts and beverages.
The Western Friday dinner buffet is Executive Chef Shan’s interpretation of western world specialties. Enjoy an array of curated cuisine with free flow of wines, beer and soft drinks from 18:30 to 22:00 every Friday.
Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu also brings to the table our well-known Le Meridien Bazaar every Saturday from 18:30 – 22:00. The sheer variety of food entices everyone to indulge in specialties that are usually only available during festive occasions.
Experience China on Sunday, 18:30 – 22:00 as Chef Lum Kai Mun showcases his specialties exclusively for you and your family, topped with your favourite Steamboat buffet of seafood, meats, vegetables and more.
The Poolside Lounge at Level 2 offers a fascinating variety of beverages. In the afternoons, the lounge is a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Every evening from 17:00 to 20:00 the Poolside Lounge is illuminated with The Effervescent Spirit of Socializing serving destination-inspired Sparkling, cocktails and beer. Santé celebrants should ask for the Poolside Lounge’s V+ and G+ creative cocktails as great social hour drinks.
