Introducing SOULed OUT Kota Kinabalu’s #ChillnGrill menu

For the past 23 years, the SOULed OUT brand has been coming up with new ideas and reimagining concepts in order to keep their loyal customers coming back for more. Now SOULed OUT Kota Kinabalu is giving foodies yet another reason to throw their hands up in the air with their latest #ChillnGrill menu.

Locals and holidaymakers alike can now chill out close to the sea and enjoy the breeze as freshly grilled premium meats and seafood are prepared to order at SOULed OUT Kota Kinabalu’s at Imago Mall new #ChillnGrill kitchen, making every visit a decadent treat for the whole gang.

The new kitchen is focused exclusively on preparing items from the #ChillnGrill menu and families get to enjoy each other’s company while sampling the best from the grill as groups of friends enjoy a yummy bite and refreshing beverage together after work. The #ChillnGrill kitchen will be delivering only the freshest, most seasonal produce as well as a selection of sides, sauces and dips to accompany the chilled meats and fresh seafood selections not available on the ala carte menu.

Seafood platter – Tiger Prawns and Barramundi

The #ChillnGrill menu will feature tasty treats grilled to perfection, including all-time meaty favorites like the air-flown Black Angus Striploin, Baby Tomahawk, Rack of Lamb and Whole Chicken Leg while seafood lovers can enjoy freshly caught fruits of the sea including Tiger Prawns, Barramundi, or indulge in a mixed grill of both. Guests will be spoilt for choice with the selection of sides like baby spinach with cranberries, mixed mushrooms, garlic mash potatoes, Belgian fries, parmesan broccoli and the good old garden salad. All dishes from the #ChillnGrill menu also come with a selection of perfectly balanced sauces including Sauce Diane, Three Trumpet Sauce, Rosemary Jus, Smoked Peppercorn Sauce and Cepes Jus, as well as Smoked Bacon, Chimichurri, Chermoula and Herb Mustard dips to tantalize tastebuds. Each menu item consists of one protein, and the choice of one side, one sauce and one dip.
